Tiger Woods arrested for DUI despite blowing zero on breathalyzer test

Tiger Woods was handcuffed last week after a lengthy sobriety test.
Authorities said Woods had a “triple zero” on his breathalyzer but was tested anyway because of his “lethargic” movements and other signs of impairment.
Woods told law enforcement before field sobriety tests that he had had seven back surgeries and “more than 20 surgeries on his leg.” “I’m taking several prescription medications,” he told law enforcement. He had an accident in 2021 that resulted in serious leg injuries, which kept him off the golf course for the entire year.

He also stated that his ankle was fused and that he walked with a limp due to the injuries. Due to the nature of his injuries, officials had him perform the exercises seated.
The first exercise Woods did was to follow his finger with his eyes, and he was struggling with that. He was also told to bring his fingertips to his nose.
After alternating between the palm of her hand and the back of her hand while counting from 1 to 2, a move she struggled with, she was tasked with another exercise that involved clenching her fists, clapping, and counting more.
After four exercises, an assistant asked Woods to turn around and put his hands behind his back. Woods was then handcuffed.
