Two Athens men charged with attempted murder after revenge shooting

10 July – According to the Şerif Office of Kirentaşı District, two Athens men were accused of murder attempted after trying to revenge on the allegations of damaging the vehicle in a separate domestic violence and hit the victim in his face.
50 -year -old Bradley Joe Hall is accused of murder attempted and firing a occupied housing, and 34 -year -old Jonathan Clayton Moore is accused of murder attempt. Both are kept in Limestone district prison without a bond set.
On Monday at 18:00, the Sharif office said that deputies responded to a family call in the 10000 Poplar Point road block near Wheeler Lake.
MPs spoke with Hall at the scene and discovered that the vehicle was damaged during the incident.
“Hall, who is not included in the original internal dispute, warned the assistants’ better about finding the criminal before him or they will take care of him.” He said.
Later in that evening, the Sheriff Office said that Hall was in contact with Moore and that he believed that he believed that he had damaged his vehicle. Moore agreed to take Hall to the victim’s residence.
In midnight, both men found the victim walking along the way.
“Hall then came out of the vehicle and hit the victim’s face.” He said. “During the gun fire, a occupied residence was shot. The couple fled the scene, but the witnesses were able to define both the suspects and their vehicles.”
According to the Sharif office, Moore found both of them as a walking on foot in a nearby corn field and a deputy at the scene. After working all night and Tuesday morning, deputies and researchers found him in 13000 blocks of Nancy Lou Loop in the Oak Grove community, where he refused to leave the armed and residence.
The Sheriff Office said the Limestone County Swat team was deployed and Moore was taken safely without incident.
The Sheriff Office said the victim’s injuries did not threaten life.
According to a complaint filed in Limestone District Regional Court, Moore was accused of first -degree robbery on October 1, 2022 after allegedly throwing cash from a person from a person in Sports Bar & Steakhouse. After sending a bond of $ 100,000, he was released on the same day and was accused of a crime by a large jury on 26 May 2023.
It is planned to hold a status hearing in Moore’s robbery case in Limestone District Circuit Court on 3 September.
This is the second murder case in Limestone County this week, because another resident of Athens was accused of the same crime in a separate incident on Monday.
According to prison records, 18 -year -old Sheldyn Jamyson Hobbs Jr. was accused of shooting at a murder attempt and occupied vehicle and was in prison on Wednesday without a bond set.
According to the Şerif Office of Limestone district, deputies responded to 12000 Block Block, where a victim was shot in a vehicle on Sunday and taken to a hospital because of the seriousness of injuries. The inspectors defined the suspect as Hobbs and found his vehicle near the scene on Monday morning and was detained without incident after the traffic stop.
The Sharif office believes that the shooting is caused by a previous discussion and asks forces in the sub -section of Copperfield to review home security images from 10 o’clock on Sunday for a suspicious event.
