DoT not contemplating any AGR relief to Vodafone Idea: MoS Telecom

New Delhi, August 25 (PTI) Telekom Department, Minister of Communication Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani said on Monday that Vodafone does not intend to provide any relief to the idea of Vodafone for regular gross income.
Pemmasani, “Recently, we have transformed most of his debts into self -esteem. The government has done everything we think we can do. Right now, we have not planned or planning to change or plan anything other than what we have done.” He said.
The government has become the greatest shareholder of the Vodafone idea. LaIn March, the extraordinary spectrum auction fees are 36,950 Crore.
Previously, the government had purchased approximately 33 percent of shares instead of legal fees in 2023. La16,000 crore.
Vodafone said in his declaration in front of the Supreme Court that he could not survive without government support.
At the end of the June 2025 quarter, it stopped around the company’s agr responsibility La75,000 crore.
