Transport Secretary Sean Duffy acknowledged things are already bad and said they’re “only going to get worse.”
MAGA’s Transportation Secretary offered a frank and sobering assessment of the Thanksgiving travel carnage ahead of the government shutdown, which is in its sixth week. “It’s going to get worse,” Sean Duffy told CNN on Sunday, after the Federal Aviation Administration on Friday ordered airlines to ground hundreds of flights at the 40 busiest airports across the country. “Two weeks before Thanksgiving, you’ll see air travel almost diminish,” he continued. “There will be people who want to go back home for the holidays, who want to see their families, who want to celebrate this great American holiday. Listen, most of them won’t be able to get on a plane.”
