The fashion influencer and beauty brand owner shared a new clip with her followers on Tuesday as she donned workout clothes for a workout.

She could be seen wearing a sports bra and leggings as she held weights in both arms while pressing her vibrating plate.

Trinny told fans as she walked fans through the workout: ‘I haven’t exercised in a week. And that makes me think: I want to maintain the energy I get from exercise.

‘Also if there’s any osteoporosis in your family because it’s so good for bone density and by the way this is my exercise that I made up.

‘Then I do some calf raises because I think my ankle strength comes from balance and I lift them up quickly and then lower them slowly.

‘Look at something in front of you because it can be quite difficult to maintain balance. And then I can do some arm raises at the same time. Keep them in the flow.’

In the follow-up story, Trinny went on to take fans through the 10-minute quick workout.
