Tripura mulls sourcing drinking water from Bangladesh’s Titas river for Agartala

Tripura Prime Minister Manic Field said on Friday on Friday, the Titas River in Bangladesh Agartala Municipal Company in the fields of drinking water to supply water, he said.
Titas is a river in Bangladesh, joins the Meghna River and forms a part of the Surma-Meghna River system, flows along the tripura.
The Titas River starts from Brahmanbaria, Sarail Upazila.
The Prime Minister said that the water of the Haora River, Kalapania or Katakhal Channel united with the Titas River in Bangladesh.
Im I have enough information about the Titas River. I suggested that the water coming from the Titas River is supplied to the 51 wards of the areas of Agartala Municipal Company as drinking water. (ADB) with the help of Mukhymantri Nagar Unnnan Prakalp’s first stage of 530 RS Development Project was realized.
