Last night, the United States launched devastating air strikes on an ammunition depot believed to contain Iran’s enriched uranium after a massive oil tanker was hit by an Iranian drone near the Strait of Hormuz.
Donald Trump posted video of the US attack on the city of Isfahan on his Truth Social page, showing 2000lb bombs causing a series of explosions in the night sky.
The President did not provide any information about the huge explosion along with the video in his social media post.
An American official confirmed to The Wall Street Journal that the video showed sanctuary hunter attacks in Isfahan.
The US strikes followed reports that Mr Trump was considering a military operation to send special operations forces deep into Iran to seize enriched uranium stockpiles in areas including Isfahan.
NASA’s fire monitoring satellites suggest that the explosions occurred near Mount Soffeh, where military positions are believed to be located.
