S S Rajamouli Likely to Replace Rajat Kapoor in Varanasi?

Veteran director SS Rajamouli is reportedly planning to replace Bollywood actor Rajat Kapoor in his much-hyped film Varanasi. According to sources, Rajamouli is keen on finding another popular actor to portray the role of superstar Mahesh Babu’s father in this magnum opus.
“Rajat Kapoor is undoubtedly a talented actor and has won recognition for his work in Hindi films. Rajamouli, who is known for getting strong performances from his players, reportedly feels that going further may not yield the desired result. “He doesn’t want to take things beyond a point and hence is thinking of replacing someone else. The director has also taken a short break from shooting,” adds the source.
