Trump drops F-word live on air during White House meeting with Zelensky

President Donald Trump was sworn in live during a high-stakes meeting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is at the White House.

Trump was taking questions from reporters during Friday’s meeting, and when he stopped swearing, he was asked about tensions with Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.

“He offered everything,” Trump said, referring to Maduro. “Do you know why? Because he doesn’t want to deal with the United States.”

After using the swear word, Trump quickly ended the press conference.

Broadcasters apologized to viewers for the president’s language.

As the camera moved away from Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance smiled and laughed at what had just happened.

Pro-Trump accounts on X praised the president’s loudmouth.

“President Trump uses the F Bomb…he means business,” one MAGA supporter said.

“A well-placed F-bomb is an art form, and President Trump knows how to use it,” MAGA influencer Link Lauren added.

“LOL Trump drops the F bomb. Liberals’ heads are spinning. I love this!” another MAGA account was posted.

Others were less affected.

“Grandpa Trump is being rude to the press trying to appear tough,” one said, while another called it “immature.”

In June, Trump reacted with the same language when it was revealed that the ceasefire agreement previously signed between Israel and Iran had been broken.

“You basically have two countries that have been at war for so long and so hard that they don’t know what the hell they’re doing,” a frustrated Trump told reporters at the White House as he departed for the NATO summit in the Netherlands.

Trump’s language has become more abusive in his third presidential campaign, analysis finds New York Times. According to the newspaper, in 2024, Trump uttered more than 1,700 profanities in public.

“We’re going to have businesses that used to be in New Hampshire and are now in Mexico. When you get back to New Hampshire, you can tell them to go fuck themselves,” Trump told supporters in 2016.

Friday’s outburst was prompted by the question of what more Venezuela’s Maduro could “do” to ease tensions with the United States after the Trump administration this week stepped up the military campaign against the leader’s regime.

Trump claimed Wednesday that he “authorized” CIA operations on Venezuelan soil because Venezuela was “emptying its prisons to the United States” and flooding the country with drugs.

The administration declared last month that the United States had officially entered an “armed conflict” with the drug cartels, which the president described as “unlawful combatants,” according to a classified memorandum sent to members of Congress.
