New Stellantis CEO promotes Kuniskis, brings back SRT division

New Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa, who took over the best job a week ago, made its first major leadership movement and encouraged Tim Kuniskis to control all American brands and manage the marketing and retail strategy in North America.
Kuniskis continues to be the CEO of RAM. Now the company has a broader role among US operations. Seven months later, Kuniskis, who came out of retirement, returned to Stellantis last year after his former Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares unexpectedly resigned.
Stellantis also brings back the street and race technology performance department.
SRT, Dodger, Jeep, Ram and Chrysler will combine engineers and focus on high -performance vehicles and motor sports.
“SRT, another box we need to control,” said Kuniskis Press release Wednesday. “We bring the group together again.”
Kuniskis leads to a large product launch in RAM as a part of the effort to fight for years of sales decreases. The brand plans to launch 25 new products for the next 18 months.
At the beginning of this month, Kuniskis announced the return of popular V-8 Hemi engines for RAM 1500 full-sized van. The RAM plans to offer the engine again in the beginning of 2026.
