President Donald Trump announced Thursday that he has nominated Chris Klomp to serve as deputy secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Trump referred the decision to HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Dr. He said he bought it together with Mehmet Öz.

Klomp’s LinkedIn profile States that he is “General Counsel to HHS,” “Deputy Administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services,” “Director of the Center for Medicare, CMS,” and “Senior Adviser to the Secretary of HHS.”
