Trump plans to honor Ben Carson with the Presidential Medal of Freedom

President Donald Trump, Ph.D. Ben Carson said he would be worthy of the Presidential Medal and would be a ceremony to honor him at the White House.

“Congratulations. He didn’t know that. He didn’t know that. I hope he’il be happy.” Trump, the American Cornerstone Institute’s Founders’ Dinner at the end of the statement on Saturday, said the announcement.

Carson, who founded Bitter, served as the secretary of Housing and Urban Development in Trump’s first term.

Carson, a former neurosurgeon, ran for the president when Trump assembled the first successful White House offer, but ultimately left in 2016 and supported Trump.
