President Donald Trump expanded the proposal of Washington DC to the federal inheritance and said he would stop the crime of violence in the city by young ‘bandits’.

The identity of the 19 -year -old man in the reported incident is Edward Coristine, nicknamed the famous ‘big balls’ by his peers.
