Countrywide survey reveals deficits in student learning

Performance evaluation, review and analysis results for Rashtria Sarvekshen (Parkh RS), which was previously known as the National Success Research (NAS), have shown that Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Dadra Nagar Helii and Daman & Dami and Chandigarh are the best performance states in school education.

The results found that 67% of the students know that they know and use sufficient words to effectively perform their daily interactions in the 3rd grade and that they could predict the meaning of new words using the existing vocabulary.

In mathematics, 68% in the 3rd grade can divide objects into groups and sub -groups based on multiple characteristics, while 69% can define and expand simple patterns in their environment, shapes and numbers. Only 55% of them can set up to 99 numbers increasing and decreasing.
