USA-Greenland News: In a post on Truth Social on Wednesday, the US President wrote: “The US needs Greenland for National Security purposes. It is vital to the Golden Dome we are building. NATO must lead us to achieve it. IF WE DON’T, IT WILL BE RUSSIA OR CHINA AND IT WILL NOT HAPPEN! Militarily, without the immense power of the United States, much of which I built in my first term and have now brought to a new and even higher level.” At this level, NATO cannot be an effective force or deterrent – Not even close! Both they and I know this. NATO becomes much stronger and more effective with Greenland in US hands. Anything less than that is unacceptable.”
