“Are these stupid people? They didn’t want to believe it. They think I’m going to get bored or tired of this or that there’s going to be some pressure on me, but there’s no pressure. There’s no pressure at all. We’re going to have a total victory,” Trump said.

Trump says US is ‘surveilling’ Iran’s enriched uranium

President Donald Trump again praised his administration’s operations in Iran on Sunday but did not go so far as to say the war is over.

Participating in the “Full Measure” program, Trump said the following about the seizure of Iran’s enriched uranium stocks: “Well, we will get it at some point. We spied on whatever we wanted.”

“We keep a very good watch on this. If anyone gets close to there, we will know and we will blow them up. We will blow them up,” he added.

Trump was also asked if he believed combat operations were complete. “No, I didn’t say anything like that. I said they were defeated, but that doesn’t mean they’re done. We can go in for two more weeks and accomplish every goal,” Trump said.

“We have certain goals that we wanted, and we’ve accomplished probably 70% of them, but we also have other goals that we could reasonably achieve. Trump acknowledged that Iranian negotiators were a difficult group to work with, but maintained his claim that their nuclear capabilities were severely weakened and that the United States would eventually seize Iran’s stockpile of highly enriched uranium.

“It’s very interesting because, you know, they make a deal and then they break it. Then they make a deal and they break it. They’re a tough group, but from a military standpoint, I mean, if we left, if we left today, it would take them 20 years to rebuild,” Trump said.
