Trump says Putin agrees with him US should not have mail-in voting
Washington (Reuters) -US President Donald Trump said that on Friday, Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, who allowed voters to send votes by mail, accepted honest choices at risk.
After a three -hour meeting among the leaders in Alaska, Trump said the “Hannity” of Fox News Channel’s “Hannity”. “He said there is no country in the world now.”
Trump, who introduced the wrong narrative he won the 2020 election, not Democrat Joe Biden, forced his agreement with Putin to work harder to improve the revisions of the US voting system, which he has long been looking for.

Russia’s Embassy in Washington did not immediately respond to the request for a comment on her meeting with Trump.
The Russian President said that some US elections were overshadowed with fraudulent voting without providing evidence. The position reflects the claims of common voter fraud after Trump’s 2020 elections.
The Ministry of Justice and the Senate investigations found that Moscow was trying to influence campaigns to help Trump win in the 2016 elections. US intelligence officials said that Russia believes that they are trying to do the same in the 2020 elections and preferred to win Trump in 2024.
Trump and some of the highest -level assistants claimed that he and his presidential campaigns were accused of incorrectly hiding with Russia, who claimed that they had grown again in Alaska on Friday. The US Intelligence Society has never reached such a conclusion.
Trump, who did not seek a third period despite the constitutional ban, showed impatience that they did not give priority to the election reform legislation on Friday.
“Republicans want this, but not strong enough,” Trump said during the interview. He said. “You cannot have a great democracy with the postal vote.”
Some Republicans reiterating Trump’s allegations argue that changes that require absurdity voting and requiring identity can reduce the risk of voting, imitating, or other fraud risks that independent analysts say are rare.
According to the Swedish -based International Institute of Democracy and Election Aid, an intergocalist advocacy group, about three dozen countries from Canada to Germany and South Korea allow a kind of postal play, but more than half of them impose some restrictions on voters.
The Trump administration has stepped back on the fairness or integrity of the elections by many foreign countries in a significant separation from Washington’s traditional approach to encouraging democratic elections abroad.
