Coordination among officials ensured a hassle-free Brahmotsavams: TTD EO

Encouraged by the successful conduct of Salakatla Brahmotsavams in Tirumala recently, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is confident of conducting future events like Tiruchanur Brahmotsavams, Vaikuntha Ekadasi and Ratha Sapthami smoothly.
Anil Kumar Singhal, Chief Executive Officer, Additional EO Ch. Led by TTD officials. Venkaiah Chowdary and Joint EO V. Veerabrahmam, Vigilance and Security Chief K V Muralikrishna held a review meeting along with Superintendent of Police L. Subbarayudu at Mahati auditorium on Friday, where they discussed peaceful and uneventful ending of the nine-day event in Tirumala.
“There was an extremely positive atmosphere at Tirumala throughout the festival. Devotees in the galleries and queues expressed their satisfaction with the arrangements made,” Mr. Singhal said.
He attributed the success of the event to the suggestions given by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu when the TTD delegation invited him to the Brahmotsavams.
Mr. Singhal talked about the efforts made by the TTD team led by Chairman BR Naidu and Trust Board members in coordination with the district administration, police and Srivari Sevaks (volunteers). The devotees were also extremely cooperative.
Mr. Chowdary pointed out the guidelines prepared three months in advance, which worked in favor of coordination. Mr Veerabrahmam welcomed the teamwork among the officials.
On the security front, Mr Subbarayudu and Mr Muralikrishna appreciated the use of technology such as geo-tagging system for children and elderly, dedicated social media team and cyber wing which not only helps in preventing misinformation but also helps in controlling crime in real-time.
