President Donald Trump speaks at the White House after the Supreme Court rejected his signature tariff policy on Friday.

Trump will hold a press conference at the White House regarding the seismic decision, according to press secretary Karoline Leavitt.

The briefing was announced two hours after the high court ruled that the law used to justify Trump’s biggest tariffs did not actually allow those import duties.

The decision is a significant loss for the President, whose economic agenda and foreign policy rely heavily on Congressional authority to unilaterally impose tariffs on any country without one.
