Trump tells reporters US received new proposal from Iran after trip cancellation

President Trump said his administration received a new offer from Iran after the US delegation canceled its trip to Islamabad for the second round of peace agreement talks.

“They gave us a newspaper that was supposed to be better. And interestingly, when I canceled, we got a new newspaper within 10 minutes that was much better,” Trump told reporters before boarding Air Force One on Saturday. Bloomberg.
