Trump To Add New $100,000 Fee For H-1B Visas

President Donald Trump is expected to sign a comprehensive statement on Friday to overcome the H-1B Visa program.
Trump is preparing to sign a statement on Friday, claiming that the abuse of the H-1B road is displaced by US workers. The declaration restricts the entrance within the scope of the H-1B program as long as the payment is accompanied by the payment, and added to the official who was given anonymity to discuss the policy before it was announced.
Trump also plans to order a rules to review the fee levels for the H-1B program, a movement aimed at limiting the use of viziers to the wages to be paid to American workers.
The movement is the latest migration reform by the Trump administration, and it will greatly affect the technology industry, especially since it is based on H-1Bs. The administration argues that revisions will be more accurate to legitimate files within the scope of the program by extracting abuse. On a real page of Bloomberg News, the White House said that American workers were replaced with lower paid foreign labor force and called it a national security threat. The White House said the dynamics had suppressed wages and prevented Americans from choosing career in their STEM fields.
It was not immediately clear whether the figure of $ 100,000 was much more modest in addition to or involved in the existing wages.
The fees related to the H-1B visa application are currently a fee of $ 215 to register for the lottery and a petition for a non-immigrant worker submitted by an employer sponsor.
H-1B visas are given based on a lottery system, but Bloomberg News has previously reported that the defects in the system have created gaps in which some employers fill the lottery with entries.
Unlike major technology companies, these companies usually use the visa program to hire lower paid workers-and do indirectly by using personnel and outsourcing of 85,000 new visa allocated every year.
The policy change of the administration is moving with a wage increase for the President’s tax invoice, asylum applications and a wage increase for the President’s tax bill for the construction of the financing for new detention centers and for the construction of the border wall.
