Trump’s White House faced backlash online after sharing another AI-generated video on Wednesday; this time, critics said Donald Trump was mocking the seriousness of the ongoing Iran war.
The 34-second clip begins with ESPN footage of US bowling star Pete Weber hitting, then cuts to animated video of bowling pins being destroyed by a bowling ball emblazoned with an American flag, which Iranian regime officials watch.

It then moves on to actual footage of the destruction of Iranian targets.
The White House proudly wrote “STRIKE” in the video’s caption and added explosion and bald eagle emojis.
The post quickly sparked criticism on social media; Many accused the administration of trivializing the conflict, which has left seven US soldiers dead and nearly 140 injured so far.
