Trump wraps up two-day China trip; invites Xi for a September visit

BEIJING — US President Donald Trump invited Chinese President Xi Jinping to visit the White House on September 24, stating that trade talks will extend beyond the two-day summit to be held in Beijing this week.
Trump announced the invitation at a state dinner Thursday evening, according to a source. Video shared by the White House.
