Trump’s ‘horror three-word warning’ to King Charles about Vladimir Putin | Royal | News

King Charles and Queen Camilla were given a warm welcome at the White House on the first day of their US visit, but a lip reader claimed Trump gave Charles a dire warning.

The King and Queen smiled for the cameras as they sat down for tea at the White House with Donald Trump and First Lady Melania during their historic state visit yesterday.

Following tea, the King and Queen attended a garden party attended by hundreds of guests, including former Olympian Tom Daley and several senior members of the Trump administration.

President ahead of royal visit Donald Trump He assured Charles and Camilla would be “really safe” in the US following a possible assassination attempt on him on Saturday evening. Buckingham Palace confirmed that despite the incident, Charles and Camilla’s visit will go ahead “as planned” but with “adjustments”, according to royal sources.

While the President and First Lady Melania Trump were greeting King Charles and Queen Camilla on the south lawn of the White House, it was revealed that Trump whispered a few words to King Charles referring to the armed attacks and conflicts in Iran.

Their first conversation was not detected by the television cameras that recorded the greeting. But during the brief encounter, lip reader Nicola Hickling told the Daily Mail that Donald Trump brought up both the shooting at Saturday’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner and his recent discussions with Vladimir Putin.

“This shooting…” Trump appeared to say. “I would rather not stand here too long,” replied the King. “I feel like I shouldn’t be here.”

Nicola believes Trump asked King Charles if he was okay, adding: “It’s not a good thing. I wasn’t prepared but I am prepared now.” Trump then apparently changed the subject, telling the King that he had been in contact with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“I’m talking to Putin right now,” Trump allegedly said: “He wants war.”

According to Nicola, King Charles suggested addressing this issue at a later stage. But Trump insisted: “I have a feeling… if he does what he says he will wipe out the population.” The monarch once again tried to redirect the conversation elsewhere, reportedly saying, “Another time.”

The White House had not responded to a request for comment at the time of publication.
