Two arrested for obstructing police helping crash victim
An 18-year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital after reports his off-road bike crashed into a stationary car, police said.
Officers later arrested two men on suspicion of preventing them from helping the man who crashed in St Helens Road, Bolton, at around 10.18pm on Saturday.
The force spokesman gave the man first aid before he was taken to hospital with serious injuries, where he remained in a critical condition.

The two men were arrested on suspicion of obstructing police and Section 5 Public Order Act charges.
