Two children rushed to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by vehicles in separate incidents in Perth

Two children were hospitalized after they were hit by a vehicle in separate incidents while returning home from school.
A police spokesman confirmed paramedics took a child to Rockingham Hospital after he was hit by a car at around 3pm on Friday.
The incident occurred near a school at the intersection of Willmott and Grange Drive, near Cooloongup Primary School, about 50km south of Perth.
The child’s condition is unknown.
Separately, another child was riding a scooter on Harborne St near the junction with Leeder St in Glendalough when they were hit by a bus at around 4.35pm.
The child was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by ambulance.
Their situation is also unknown.
