Two more people arrested over alleged Sydney kidnapping and murder of Chris Baghsarian | Sydney

Two more men have been arrested in connection with the alleged kidnapping and murder of Sydney grandfather Chris Baghsarian last month.
New South Wales police said in a statement that detectives and tactical operations officers executed a search warrant in the Sydney suburb of Seven Hills at around 6.30am on Wednesday morning.
They arrested a man and a woman, both aged 23, at the address. The pair were taken to Riverstone and Blacktown police stations to assist with investigations.
Police allege Baghsarian, 85, was abducted from his home in North Ryde on February 13 due to mistaken identity. His body was dumped days later near a golf club in Pitt Town, police allege, but it was not found until February 24.
The new arrests come after two men – 24-year-old Daniel Stevens and 29-year-old Gerard Andrews – were charged in February with murder and joint detention or detention for ransom causing actual bodily harm.
Earlier this month, police released CCTV images of three more men they wanted to speak to in relation to alleged kidnappings and murders.
The footage showed three men walking towards Dural in north-west Sydney, which police say was the kidnappers’ “stronghold”, on the night Baghsarian disappeared, and a blue Hyundai sedan with a missing wheel cover that police believe visited the house where Baghsarian was being held captive.
The investigation continues.
