Two people have been trapped following a horrific crash in a UK city centre, with emergency services including an air ambulance rushing to the scene. The incident happened in the car park of Parc Tawe retail park in Swansea city center shortly after 2pm.

Officials from the Welsh Ambulance Service, South Wales Police and Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service responded to the incident where two people were trapped after a two-car collision. Photos from the scene show the area near Deichmann and Home Bargains stores was cordoned off with police cars, ambulances and fire trucks.

Emergency crews, including paramedics and firefighters, were actively treating casualties and establishing a significant emergency response presence around the blocked-off section.
