Two Teenagers Drown During Holi Celebrations in Medchal
Medhal: The tragedy occurred during Holi celebrations in Suraram area of Medchal district on Tuesday when two youths drowned while swimming in Pantula Cheruvu in Viswakarma Colony.
The victims were identified as Sagar (17) and Abhishek (17). They had gone to the lake to swim as part of the Eid celebrations when the incident occurred. Upon receiving information from the residents of the area, Disaster Response Force (DRF) teams came to the scene and removed the bodies.
The bodies were taken to Gandhi Hospital for autopsy. Police have launched an investigation into the incident and launched an investigation into the circumstances that led to the deaths.
