Cook said the police should take a DNA sample bar from the mouth of the youth to determine that the clothes allegedly belonging to him are not stained with his own blood.
Cook, “I did not see CCTV. I trust what the civil servants say. The defendant did not participate in an electronic interview record, so the partial assumptions that can be done or can not be made,” he said.
“There was a defense struggle between both the victim and the defendant, so there would be defense wounds that the defendant was exposed to under the conditions I was recommended.”
Bamberry found that it was reasonable and ordering the police to receive a DNA sample from youth.
“Blood found in the clothes. The victim was seriously injured. The police are aware of the conduct of an appropriate investigation,” he said.

Police claim that the youth made a journey with the Uber driver and went from Hope Island to Coomera before being in the Westfield Shopping Center at Gold Coast suburb.
The problem was postponed to October 29, and young people were detained.
