Mum shows up for cop son as double-murder case delayed

The mother of an ex -police officer accused of killing the two men with a weapon of service went to court because the son of his son was faced with more delay.
Beaumont Lamarre-Condon was accused of two murders for the deaths of 29-year-old flight officer Luke Davies and 26-year-old TV presenter Jesse Baird.
Lamarre-Condon is accused of hitting at the Paddington house of Mr. Baird in the east of his couple Sydney before they come together in the surfboard bags and throw them into a rural property.

He was detained, but he has not yet been satisfied after more than a year.
Lamarre-Condon did not appear at the Downing Center local court on Tuesday, when the law team allowed to withdraw from the case of “after a problem emerged”.
The legal aid financed by the state will be delivered to its new lawyer Benjamin Archbold for evidence extending more than 20 volumes.
Royal prosecutor Brendan Donnellly opposed more delay in the case, stating that the accusations were certified against Lamarre-Condon in July 2024.
Donnellly said that the negotiations were going on for “many, months ve and that the alleged murderer was given“ plenty of opportunities ına to be satisfied.
“Crown is ready to be ready for trial,” he said.

The magistrate’s judge Christopher Halburd decided to be careful so that Lamarre-Condon could have the opportunity to satisfy after talking to Mr. Archbold.
