A pub firm in the United Kingdom has been liquidated after nearly seven years. Riddrie Pub Co. Ltd. is registered at 126 Smithycroft Road in Glasgow, the same address as The Princess Bar. He describes himself as a “friendly East Coast local.” “Experience home-cooked pub grub, great drinks and live entertainment in our warm, welcoming atmosphere,” the website adds.

Riddrie Pub Co., according to a listing published in the London Gazette today. Ltd. has appointed liquidators and is undergoing a voluntary liquidation of creditors. This means that a firm’s executives decide that the company cannot pay its debts and therefore choose to voluntarily cease operations.

A liquidation notice resolution was also published stating that at the company’s general meeting held remotely on 17 February, it was decided to “voluntarily liquidate” the firm and appoint Dean Smith of Revolution RTI Limited as liquidator.

Six months ago, Ashley Easdon wrote in a review: “I had lunch with my mother and daughter and had the steak pie and fish and chips which were superb, very tasty and the lentil soup was really good.”
Ann Campbell wrote ten months ago: “Visited this pub for the first time yesterday for a family funeral and what can I say the food was delicious we had a choice of lentil soup and steak pie/fish/and chicken with gravy I had fish and it was the best fish I have had in a long time there is a great choice on the menu at reasonable prices and the staff were lovely and friendly Daniel our server was really nice and friendly and nothing bothered him a lovely little dining area was spotless and very large the beer garden and parking area were first rate.” “Thanks for your classy service and compliments to the chef, will be visiting here again soon.”

Kerryann Alexander wrote: “Food prices need to come down a bit and that would probably attract more customers. I paid £55 (probably) for 3 main courses, 2 pints and 1 coke.”
“I was in another area a few days later and it was the same price for 3 starters, 3 main courses, 2 pints and a coke. Maybe the team needs to go out and see what other pubs are doing.”
