UK set for mini-heatwave as temperatures to soar to 29 degrees

Some parts of the UK are set for one week high temperatures and summer sun as a high -pressure area from Azores to England.

London and Southern England will see that temperatures rise to about 29 degrees on Thursday, June 19th. According to Met Office, Mini-Heatwave is expected to continue at the weekend, but it will develop from the northwest to the southeast division ”.

In the north of England, temperatures will remain in the mid -20s, while Scotland will see about 22 degrees high.

Meteorologist Jonathan Vautrey said in the Met Office: “Many of us will generally see thin and dry conditions, which will build from Azores and gradually reach out to England.”

“As you enter the new Working Week, North and Western Scotland will start from the wet. The weight of the first rain in the morning will tend to relax throughout the day.

“There will be plenty of sunlight for Monday for the UK and Wales. A slightly fair air cloud is quite hazy for some southern districts in England.

“From the middle of the week, it is the time when we start to see the high -pressure building with more safely in England. Fine and established conditions will begin to reach all of us and the temperatures will continue to climb.”

On Tuesday, the Met Office appearance next week says: “High pressure brings more dry, more sunny air than the south.

“Near normal in the north, very hot conditions return to the southeast again. Windier in the north”.

Then wet and windy conditions are expected in the northwest in the last week of June and from time to time heavy rain. Weather estimators will settle more in the southeast with solar glare.
