UK weather: Met Office names Storm Floris as rain and strong winds forecast

Storm Floris was chosen by Met Office and will hit England on Monday and bring strong winds and heavy rain.
This season has been fifth and first since January.
The current estimates show the center of Floris traveling in the northern half of England with the most powerful and most destructive winds on the southern and western edge of the low pressure area.
Some estimates show the wind Gusts potential between 60 to 80mph in places for coasts and hills to the north, especially during the day on Monday. The open coastal areas of Scotland could see Gusts up to 85Mph.
Even in the inner regions in the south, there may be Gusts of 40-45Mph.

Storm Floris will bring strong winds and heavy rain to England on Monday with the worst weather for the northern shores
The cloud and rain area that could bring some of us was still a heavy shower group near the big lakes in the US on Thursday morning.
As it progresses towards the Atlantic, it will be taken by an active jet flow and it will turn into a storm with great pressure as it approaches our shores.
The exact trace of the low pressure system will be very important for which areas can be affected by the worst, and therefore it is worth remaining in the coming days in the coming days.
If winds reach potential predictions, it may have an effect on travel.
Trees are full -leaved at this time of the year and the likelihood of overturning with branched branches than the winter where the wind can play without whistling on the sides of the wind is higher.
Many temporary summer structures, including tents, can be damaged.
Power deterioration and some damage is possible, while heavy rain and floods may be an additional danger in places.
Summer storms are not usual?
The storms are named after the Met Office and the Netherlands and Irish equivalents when they are considered to have strong effects on the population.
The low pressure system, such as Floris, is not unusual in autumn or winter, but will have greater effects in summer.
Last year, Storm Lilian hit England before the Bank Holiday Weekend, closed the scenes at the Leeds Festival and broke the Heathrow flights.
It should be noted that it is still a few days away on Monday and there may be some changes in terms of guessing.
In our monthly appearance, check out the expectations for the rest of the summer.
