Ukraine’s Sbu Intelligence Agency assumed the responsibility of hitting a factory in which Russia provides electronic materials to the military-industry complex in the region.
Reuters was able to confirm the replacement of the video as a road layout that matches the buildings, overhead electric lines and the street view images of the region.
The date of recorded the video was confirmed by an official statement from the Ukrainian Security Service, which approved a strike to a production facility in Penza.
There was no immediate comment from Russia about the attacks reported on infrastructure sites.
