United Airlines is “reviewing” a viral video that appears to show a United Airlines employee threatening to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on a Mexican American man at San Francisco international airport last week.
The incident broke out after Julio Varela of San Ramon became upset with United Airlines staff who took a long time to correct a mistake his family made when entering his daughter’s name when buying a flight to Canada. According to NBC News.
