Indian Man Jailed, Caned in Singapore for Molesting Woman

For the first time after a colleague shared his profile with him, the sacrifice was introduced to Sharma for the first time that evening. The meeting started with professional discussions, but it was disturbed when Sharma started sexual conversations in a short time and asking for personal questions about drinks in a bar.

When the woman showed an excuse to use the toilet and then returned, Sharma waited outside and pulled her into a close nursing room, where she forcibly kissed her, restricted her and made repeated sexual progress despite her resistance.

Sharma rejected the accusations, claiming that she had suggested and proposed to go to the nursing room. His defense argued that he was voluntarily engaged to him, but was upset after he stated his bad breath. The court refused to defense, Charma found guilty, and the prosecution described sexual exploitation as “extremely high” and attack “intense and long”.

Sharma was sentenced to two to 10 years of imprisonment and a crime. His lawyer sought a lighter penalty for three to three and a half years with a less cane hit, but the court accepted the call for at least four years of strokes.
