US to blame for strike on Iran girls’ school that killed 175, Pentagon report finds after Trump accused Tehran

A preliminary military investigation has determined that the United States was responsible for a missile attack on an elementary school in Iran that killed 175 people, most of them children.

Donald Trump had previously accused the Iranian regime of bombing a school full of young girls on the first day of ‘Operation Epic Rage’ on February 28.

The ongoing investigation determined that U.S. forces made a mistake in launching an attack on a nearby Iranian military base of which the schoolhouse was once a part.

Officers at U.S. Central Command decided to attack the school using outdated data provided by the Defense Intelligence Agency, one of the leading U.S. intelligence agencies.

The deadly operation at the Shajarah Tayyebeh primary school filled with children is considered one of the most devastating military mistakes the United States has made in decades.

This is an evolving story…

In the bombing on February 28, 175 people, mostly children, died. People are seen in the area after the attack
