Power rarely changes because of a single moment. It changes when the constant pressure becomes too difficult to ignore.
In previous installments of this series, I examined how power operates within political systems: through silence, alliances, reputation, and ambition. Understanding power is the first step. The next step is to use this knowledge to move deliberately.
This is where what I call “ethical impact” comes into play. He understands how the power works, but chooses not to reflect his worst instincts.
