Man found guilty of murder of Anita Rose in Brantham in 2024

A man who has fled for two years was found guilty of killing a woman walking her dog last summer.
57 -year -old Anita Rose was found with serious injuries similar to those seen in high -speed motor accidents on a path in Suffolk, Suffolk on July 24th.
Ms. Rose, who had a bullet wrapped around her dog Bruce’s leg, died four days later at Cambridge Addenbrooke Hospital.
Roy Barclay, who had no 56 -year -old address, refused to kill him, but a jury in Ipswich Crown Court unanimously decided after he met for more than two hours. He will be sentenced on August 6.
“You need to prepare yourself for life imprisonment for unnecessary murder of Anita Rose.
“There will be a long sentence and you need to prepare yourself for this.”
Barclay was emotionally when the decision was returned, but Ms. Rose’s 11 -year -old partner Richard Jones burst into tears when she left the courtroom.
