White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooter MOCKED the lack of security as he outlined his ‘rules’ for attack and called Trump three vile slurs in manifesto
The suspected White House Correspondents’ Dinner attacker mocked the lack of security at the event and during his trip to Washington, DC, in a manifesto.
Cole Tomas Allen, 31, a teacher from Torrance, Calif., was seen trying to pass through a security checkpoint Saturday night while armed with a shotgun, a handgun and several knives.
He exchanged gunfire with Secret Service agents before pinning him to the ground and arresting him. An agent’s bulletproof vest was shot and is expected to recover. No one else was harmed.
Allen’s entire manifesto was obtained and published by the United States. New York PostHe detailed the motive for the attack, the ‘rules of engagement’ and his ‘rant’ about how little security he encountered.
‘What the hell is the Secret Service doing?’ Allen wrote a footnote in his manifesto.
‘I was expecting security cameras around every bend, bugs in hotel rooms, armed agents every 10 feet, metal detectors out the wazoo. “What I have in my hand (who knows, maybe they’re joking with me!) is nothing,” he continued.
The radical teacher said that there was a “feeling of arrogance” at the Washington Hilton Hotel where the dinner was held.
“The security of the event is completely out of whack… because apparently no one thought about what would happen if someone checked in the day before,” Allen wrote.

He said security was so lacking that ‘If I were an Iranian agent instead of an American citizen, I could bring a fucking Ma Deuce in here and no one would notice.’
Ma Deuce is the nickname for the M2 Browning .50 caliber machine gun.
Earlier in his manifesto, Allen explained why he tried to sneak into the dinner and kill top Trump administration officials.
“I will no longer allow a pedophile, rapist and traitor to cover my hands with his crimes,” he wrote, possibly referring to President Donald Trump. He said that as a US citizen, the actions of his representatives reflected on him.
The suspected attacker added that he had wanted to take action for a long time, ‘but this was the first real opportunity I had to do something about it.’
He then went on to explain the ‘rules of engagement’ and outlined who his targets were.
“Administrative officials (except Mr. Patel): they are prioritized targets from highest to lowest,” Allen wrote. It’s unclear why FBI director Kash Patel was removed from the hit list.
Allen then prioritized the other targets. He wrote that Secret Service agents in his path were “targets only if necessary” and that he hoped to neutralize them “non-lethally if possible.”

Allen also wrote that he would “run over everyone here to get to the targets” because they “chose to engage in the speech of a pedophile, rapist and traitor.” Dinner guests were seen taking cover during the shooting
‘I hope they’re wearing bulletproof vests because the shotgun-wielding center is disrupting people who *are* not the mass,’ he wrote. Allen then reportedly shot a Secret Service agent wearing a bulletproof vest.
He also wrote that hotel security, Capitol police and the national guard would only be targets if they shot at him first.
He wrote that hotel guests and staff “were not targets in any way.”
“I will use lead instead of slugs to minimize damages (less penetration through walls),” Allen’s manifesto continued.
But he added ominously: ‘If it were absolutely necessary (on the basis that most people *choose* to attend the conversation of a pedophile, rapist and traitor and are therefore complicit) I would still call most people here to achieve the objectives but I hope it doesn’t come to that.’
Allen, who also included the ‘Refutation of objections’ section in the manifesto that he carried out the shooting, apologized to his family members, students and those he encountered on his way to carry out the shooting.
Allen is believed to have traveled by train from California to Chicago and then to Washington DC to check into the Washington Hilton Hotel before dinner on Saturday. He may have chosen to travel by train to avoid airport security.

Federal prosecutors announced that Allen will be charged with two counts of using a firearm during a crime of violence and assaulting a federal officer using a dangerous weapon.
If convicted, Allen could face a 20-year prison sentence for the assault, while the weapons charges carry a minimum sentence of ten years in prison, while the shooting risks a life sentence.
“Based on what we know so far, it’s clear that this individual was intent on causing as much harm as he could,” said Jeanine Pirro, United States Attorney for the District of Columbia.
‘There will be many more charges based on the information we learn in this very volatile situation,’ he added.
Cops descended on Allen’s family’s $877,000 home Saturday night, shortly after he was arrested.
According to publicly available information, Allen is one of four siblings, including two sisters named Stephanie and Arviana and a brother named Gabriel.
His social media details show that he is highly educated and academically successful.
On LinkedIn he describes himself as: ‘Mechanical engineer and computer scientist by degree, independent game developer by experience, teacher by nature.’
