Videos show damage from magnitude 8.8 quake in Russia’s Far East

In the images published on social media, Kamchatka Krai’s Emergency Minister Sergei Lebedev said that there were no children in the building on the camera and that the injury was not reported.
Reuters was able to approve the location of the video from the building, the road layout and the outdoor spaces of the building that match the file and satellite images seen in the video. Reuters was able to confirm the history of videos from supportive local reports and official statements.
