Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma Buy 21K Sq Metre Land Parcels for Rs 38 Cr at Alibag, Near Mumbai

New Delhi: Cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma bought 1.36 hectares of land in Alibag near Mumbai for Rs 37.86 crore, according to CRE Matrix. Real estate data analytics company CRE Matrix, which reviewed the property registration document, said former Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli and actor Anushka Sharma have purchased two land parcels totaling 21,010 square meters in Alibag, Raigad.

The recording was made on January 13, 2026.

The size of the first parcel is 14,740 m2, and the size of the second parcel is 6,270 m2.

The total deal value was R37.86 billion and approximately R2.27 billion was paid for stamp duty.

According to CRE Matrix, the seller is Sonali Amit Rajput. Samira Land Assets is the certifying party.
