Walkers launches two surprise new crisp flavours for the first time in decades
Walkers, for the first time for decades, have officially introduced two brand new crisp flavors to its permanent range for decades, as the stores have surprised with the additions that have never been seen before.
The British snack giant has now quietly developed new flavors, unaware of the crisp fans who can wait for themselves to try the sticky Teriyaki and Masala chicken packages for themselves.
Both new flavors can already be purchased from Tesco and six packages cost 25G packages 2.15 £.
While the packaging claims that the sticky Teriyaki flavor is “inspired by the flavors of Japan ,, the fairy tale is inspired by India.
Walkers says he has been working on tastes for about a year in a six -stage process that sees that 63 different flavor applications have been analyzed.
Describing the new flavors, Gevrek Producer said: “With a balance between sweet and sharp, you can be sure that the new adhesive teriyaki flavor will hit your senses with a series of pleasure inspired by the tastes of Japan.”
“The new fairy tale, which punches a flavor, provides a rich and spicy taste and as a solid favorite food in the UK, the new chips gives you a flavor of a bite that you can enjoy while moving.”
Both flavors are available from August 11, so there is no time to wait for those who want to buy a package.
The new editions of the Walkers Core series point to the first time that it cuts brand new flavors.
Classic flavors are prepared in the 1940s, 50s and 60s. Other classics, such as shrimp cocktail, fried chicken and smoky bacon, then came in the 1970s.
Since then, the Walkers have largely focused on a limited number of aromas and very few spread to a permanent range.
Both of the new flavors have emerged in the Walkers packages in many different ways before. In 2018, a ‘chicken tikka fairy tale’ aroma of the 1980s was available for a limited period, while another – ‘Chicken Masala’ – 2021 appeared in a way to overlap with the UEFA Champions League.
In addition, as part of the Walkers ” flavor cup in 2010, there was a ‘Japanese Teriyaki’ flavor that saw the ideas sent against each other. Finally, the flavor ranked third with eight percent votes, while the winner – British Beef & Yorkshire Pudding – received 20 percent.
However, both new flavors are brand new formulations developed and tested for the last 12 months.
Walkers Senior Marketing Director Wayne Newton said: ‘Our development team is in the task of finding two new flavors that meet the highest standards last year. After thousands of chips have been crushed, testing the flavors and rustling bags, we are happy to bring something new to the table with the sticky terrible and fairy tale chicken. “
