Warangal MLAs Call For CM For Sports Academy, Cricket Stadium

Karimnagar: The MLAs of the former Warangal region met with Prime Minister A. Redy in Haydarabad on Sunday and presented a sports academy and a modern cricket stadium in Warangal.
Delegation included Naini Rajender Redy (Warangal West), Kadiyam Srihari (Ghanpur Station), Revuri Prakash Redy (Parkal), Kr Nagaraju (Wardhanapet) and Yashaswini Reddy (Palakurthy).
The MLAs emphasized the need for a Sports Academy and Cricket Stadium in Warangal, the second largest city of TaLangana. Prime Minister A. Revanth Redy, who responded positively, directed the authorities to launch the necessary procedures for the proposed projects.
Speaking on this occasion, MLA Rajender Redy thanked the Prime Minister for the establishment of a sports field, now the people of Tri-Cities, Warangal, Hanamkonda and Kazipet have been a long-known dream for a long time. He added that the two projects would benefit young people significantly and help to feed their sports capabilities.
Mla Kadiyam Srihari, the initiative is the result of all MLAs in the region, he said. He emphasized that development is not limited to a single election zone or leader, but that it is directed to the whole region and serves as a proof of the power of the union.
Other MLAs reiterated the thought, stating that a private sports academy and the international standard Cricket Stadium will increase the stance of Warangal’s national sports map.
