The Daily Mail contacted a representative for Michael and his daughter Lindsay for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
Michael had been placed on probation after being charged with a felony count of persistent violence against the family following his arrest for allegedly assaulting Kate.
According to TMZ, the case is pending.
Kate contacted authorities after spotting Michael in the parking lot of a medical building, a Harris County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson previously told the Daily Mail.
Kate called 911 and reported that she was ‘concerned that Michael was following her,’ prompting deputies to respond, authorities said.
Authorities said Kate told MPs that Michael had ‘thrown’ her out of a chair at their home a few days earlier.
Kate, who had a series of legal incidents with her estranged husband in the past, told the authorities that she “felt pain and discomfort” due to the attack on her.
Authorities said Kate, who is the mother of two young sons with Michael, showed a female deputy the ‘bruises’ on her body resulting from the attack.
Deputies later contacted Michael, who “was arrested without incident at his residence,” authorities said.
Michael was charged with domestic violence earlier this year after allegedly throwing Kate out of her chair.
