The Sussexes are afraid Sarah Ferguson will reveal secret conversations about her royal exit, a journalist has claimed. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left royal duties and their roles as senior royal staffers in 2020 for a new life in America.
In an explosive statement, the Sussexes said: “We plan to step back as ‘senior’ members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen.” They talked about their idea of balancing their time between the UK and North America “while continuing to honor our duty to the Queen, the Commonwealth and our patronages”.
Tom Sykes, author royalistHe revealed how Sarah Ferguson might consider a “big money deal” to reveal information about the couple’s royal split.
Writing in his newsletter, Sykes said: “One report even suggested that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were privately worried that Ferguson could lift the lid on behind-the-scenes conversations about their own exits from royal life. Courtiers, for their part, fear a ‘pulling Harry’ scenario: a big-money deal in exchange for a narrative the establishment cannot control.”
He added: “A tell-all Ferguson autobiography would be sensational. And he’s already proven he’s willing to write things that upset the palace.”
He also claimed that he now finds himself completely excluded from the Royal Family and “needs the money”, adding: “He has no official position and no access to public funds, and after the recent dumping of the Epstein files, charities have abandoned him, calling him their ‘supreme friend’.”

The journalist added: “He also knows exactly how publishing works. Ferguson has written or co-authored more than 60 books, from children’s stories to lifestyle books, and has spent decades monetizing his author name in the United States and beyond.”
Recent revelations from the Epstein files released by the Justice Department include that Ferguson thanked the convicted sex offender in 2009 for being the “brother” he “always wished for” and that he “humbly” apologized to his “dear friend” a month after publicly rejecting him in 2011.
