Chen filed a lawsuit that claimed that he had been fired in response to the role of sexual abuse against team president Hyme Elhai. After complaints against Elhai, Chen claims that Jets retaliate to him and his husband.
Jets made a statement to FOX News Digital, calling “categorically wrong” allegations and reported that the organization made legal claims against Chen and her husband.

“The latest claims against the organization and Mr. Elhai are categorically wrong. Mrs. Chen, her husband Larry Fitzpatrick and other parties, including insult and slander against other parties, we make legal claims.”
“The allegations against Mr. Elhai were taken seriously and were thoroughly investigated in accordance with the organization policy and included third -party investigation measures.
“This investigation revealed the truth with a disturbing bending: the allegations of harassment were not only unfounded, but at the same time the e-mail at the center of the allegations was part of a deliberate and illegal conspiracy of the current movement and old Jets employees, including Mrs. Chen and her husband Mr. Fitzatrick.”
Chen’s case did not define her husband by name. Fitzatrick became the Vice President of the Team’s Ticket Sales and Services.

The statement of the organization also contained a number of points that deals with Chen’s claims.
“The facts and findings of the investigation cannot be rejected:
- Plaintiff Mrs. Chen deliberately joined the fabrication E -mail and lied to the company about its participation.
- The complaint deliberately jumps the critical evidence of Mrs. Chen’s conspiracy and contradicts the explanations made during her own investigation interview.
- In addition to the other abuse, her husband, Mr Fitzpatrick, lied about the role of fabrication e -mail, and some of them attempted to prevent the investigation by erasing more than 4,000 short messages from the beginning, which outlined the timeline of the timeline and affected Mrs. Chen in the plan. As a result, Mr. Fitzatrick’s employment ended with jets.
- Text messages and interactions that the complaint gave to Mr. Elhai is extremely exaggerated and is positioned for the only purpose of the fabrication narrative. In addition, before the fabrication e-mail, the company conducted multiple secret surveys throughout the company by external companies, and no allegation of harassment by Mrs. Chen, her husband or someone else has been brought to the agenda.
- The former Jets employee, who was referred to in the case, already admitted and admitted that Mr. Elhai’s allegations of harassment were not a real basis and that he was working with Mr. Fitzatrick to facilitate e -mail. “
In his case, Chen claims that the jets “target everyone who supports allegations against Elhai, and/or Mr. Elhai’s sexual behavior requires a real investigation and/or disciplinary punishment”.
The case also claims that her husband was fired after “verifying” allegations in the investigation.
Jets often claim that they do not comment on the active case, but they have chosen because of the conditions of this case.
“We usually refuse to comment until we offer our legal reaction, in which case, when Ms. Chen decides to maintain illegal conspiracy through the case, the conditions of termination by Jets, MS. Chen’s legally marriage status discrimination and retaliation claims are legally claimed.”

“He was expelled by jets for legitimate and legal reasons: especially for the ruthless intentions of an illegal conspiracy, including communication and the deletion of lies, both to the organization, and to the expulsion of Mr. Elhai and to destroy his reputation and career and career.
He continued: “We do not want to make more comments while the legal proceedings continue.”
