C. Vijayakumar was appointed as HCL Technologies CEO in October 2016. India has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG College in Tamil Nadu.

In 1994, he joined HCl Comnet as a senior engineer, which HCL Technologies had completely owned. As part of the founding team, it played an important role in the establishment of remote infrastructure management proposal.
