The power of gratitude

Copas says he should understand the existence of a real discretion, sincerity and what works for you. “The whole aim is to create gratitude and experience.”
Try the following to knit gratitude to daily life:
- Mantra: expressing loud gratitude, strengthening messages from your thoughts, voice and back to your mind. “You tell yourself what you feel and you choose what to focus on, Win says Winward.
- Say ‘Thank you’ and ask: Copas, thank you and meaning, not only polite, but also activates the vibrations that make you feel good within ourselves. “Sliding the energy in our bodies.”
- Create a ‘gratitude attitude’: Antonenko advises you to arrange yourself with tools that strengthen positive thinking and expand your understanding of yourself.
- Journalism: Writing things that you are grateful for the moment can increase mental prosperity by encouraging thinking about positive experiences and shifting your focus to those who go well. “Two or three bullets points are enough to help you sit on the positive instead of what is important, and instead of negative, Win says Winward.
- Start a ‘Mojo Jar’ ritual: write daily earnings and gratitude moments and throw it into a jar, Antonenko. “This visual accumulation helps to re-frame progress and increase self-efficacy.”
- Antonenko, ‘Grati’ Walk: This simple practice combines careful existence with the benefits of being outdoors in nature that increases the mood and in nature. “Studies showing gratitude with nature are equal to a strong increase in dopamine”.
